Mr. Sujit Dash

Early Life & Background

Mr. Sujit Dash was born on 3rd May 1985 in Bhodar, Nimapada, Puri District, Odisha, India, into a humble and value-driven Baishnab joint family. Raised in an environment that emphasized education, honesty, discipline, and service to society.

His father, Late Subodha Chandra Dash, and his mother, Smt. Pramila Kumari Dash, played a vital role in shaping his moral foundation. Growing up alongside two brothers and five sisters, Mr. Dash developed a strong sense of responsibility, cooperation, and leadership from an early age.

Academic Journey & Early Struggles

Completed schooling in Nimapada and passed Class-X examination in second division. Compelled by circumstances, he temporarily paused formal education, which later became a defining catalyst in his life.

With an initial capital of just Rs.25,000, he established a Poultry farming enterprise while simultaneously founding Gosain Coaching Centre in 1999 in his village. During this period, he also worked as an electrical wiring technician.

Encouraged by early entrepreneurial success, he resumed formal education, completing +2 in Commerce from Nimapada College, followed by Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in 2004. Parallel to his studies, he expanded his ventures under the brands Gosain Coaching and Gosain Electrical Wiring Agency.

Corporate Exposure & National-Level Experience

Joined Dabur India Limited (2005–2006) serving in KBK districts of Odisha. Between 2007 and 2020, served with Shivshakti Group of Companies across multiple locations in India including Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Jaipur, Udaipur, Gurgaon, Indore, Bhopal, and Kota.

Culminated in a senior role with a monthly salary of Rs.72,000, reflecting professional growth and leadership capabilities.

Concurrently worked as an independent freelancer accounting professional (National & international level), leveraging financial software expertise and generating additional monthly income of up to Rs.1,00,000.

Turning Point: Return to Roots & Renewed Purpose

The demise of his father on 6 March 2020, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic, marked a profound turning point. He returned permanently to his hometown to fulfil familial responsibilities and manage ancestral properties.

This period of introspection deepened his resolve to build sustainable institutions that serve society, particularly in the field of education.

Leadership in Education & Institutional Development

Joined St. Xavier's Group of Schools as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in late 2020. Played a pivotal role in shaping institutional excellence through:
